Abstract

Os testes de bioequivalência consistem em estudos comparativos de medicamentos que contêm o mesmo fármaco, administrados pela mesma via a voluntários sadios. Dois produtos SAP considerados bioequivalentes quando, ao serem administrados ao mesmo indivíduo, nas mesmas condições experimentais e na mesma dose molar, não apresentam diferenças significativas em relação à velocidade e extensão de absorção do princípio ativo (Storpitis & Consiglieri, 1995; Resolução RDC nº 10, de 2 de janeiro de 2001).
