O FRACIONAMENTO DE MEDICAMENTOS EM DROGARIAS E O DIREITO À INFORMAÇÃO
Abstract
A prática do fracionamento de medicamentos em drogarias, no Brasil, é ilegal, e atenta contra o direito à saúde do cidadão pela sua impossibilidade de acesso de informações legais do produto adquirido. É frequente, nas drogarias de cidades do interior, do Estado da Bahia e em bairros localizados na periferia de Salvador, o fracionamento, que é entendido como a comercialização de especialidades farmacêuticas a granel, em doses isoladas, através dos cortes chamados blisters das embalagens que envolvem os produtos ou da venda de unidades de produtos adicionados em embalagens destinadas ao uso hospitalar.Downloads
